A large number of files may be uploaded more efficiently if first compressed in Windows.
Total upload size limit prior to compression is 500 MB per file collection / per session.
Internet browsers do not allow certain hidden files and system files to be uploaded.
When uploading a single zipped file, the file will be renamed but no further compression will occur.
